Staple Goods Project Overview

The Warning

On March 31, 2011 – The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan gave a Press Conference on Libya , President Obama, and Colonel Gadhafi - The Minister warns of us a great earthquake coming to America and to prepare ourselves for survival. This gave birth to the concept of our Staple Goods Project not only for survival, but as a means of building an infrastructure of sustainable, cooperative purchasing and distribution among our people.

Our Objectives

The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad asked us “What do you have stored in your houses for the day of want?” The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan's has warned us to prepare for forthcoming weather disasters. To this end, we (NOIMOA) are organizing the cooperative purchase and distribution of staple goods to each local Ministry of Agriculture to service their respective area.
Pool Our Resources
This initiative is also the first step in establishing our cooperative corporation. A cooperative is a business owned and controlled by the people who use its services. They collectively finance and operate the business or service for their mutual benefit. By pooling their resources and working together, they can reach an objective that would not be attainable if acting alone.
Profits from this transaction will be available at the end of the year for participating members to: 1. Re-invest into the Co-op 2. Donate to the 3 Year Economic Program 3. Receive a patronage refund
Form a Cooperative Corporation
We will build on this activity to further solidify our foundation to build a conglomerate of cooperative corporations, national production, distribution, and cooperative communities.
